"I have often been asked by my fellow franchisees, “Who did you go with as a GC? Who would you recommend?”

Here’s my response:

Gil! Hands down the BEST! I can’t say enough how professional, thorough, honest, helpful, detail oriented, competent, knowledgeable, trustworthy, innovative and experienced GDC Builders is - amazing crew! I could go on and on but as Mitch said, the invaluable insight as a former Franchisee that Gil  has, and freely offers, is priceless. And the communication level with Gil (and Team) is excellent, there is never a delay in being able to get direct with him or any member of his crew; all questions or concerns are responded to very quickly. I would go as far as to say that even if Gil is not the lowest bid, go with him. Understand that Gil’s bids are complete, no hidden costs or ‘small print’ so to speak. Some bids have details explaining that certain items are not included therefore you find out later in the process that your checkbook is required. Not so with Gil’s bids, he includes every step of the process in his bid. Be sure you carefully consider your GC…it is almost as important as choosing your spouse. ;)"
